My top three goals upon starting the 6-month program were to: lose weight, eat healthier, develop a better meal planning regimen and to figure out ways to reduce stress.
Crystal was able to help me work toward these goals by providing healthy meal recipes, action items and recommendation as well as alternatives to try, healthy snacks and shopping lists. She also reviewed what I was currently eating and providing healthier alternative items. For me I struggle a lot with drinking water, she provided multiple ways to increase my water intake that worked! I also loved the recaps she provided after every session with the goals we set, healthy alternatives, and education materials related to my lifestyle.
The biggest tangible change I have noticed since beginning the program has been that I have more energy and I have lost 15 pounds (which was one of my initial goals!). People have commented that it looks like you have lost weight and look better!
The most significant overall change I have noticed has been that I feel better about myself and my self-image has improved, which has helped me develop more confidence and to be happier overall.
Crystal is very caring and always encouraged me along the way. She would always praised me and tell me that I was doing a great job with my goals. I also consider her not just to be my coach who has guided me down this path, but she is now my friend. I always enjoyed our time that we spent together. She is someone you can depend on for help and answers to your questions, she is very thorough in her research and knows how to motivate you and keep you on track.
I would recommend Crystal to anyone who would want to improve their health and have a better self-image.
It was definitely worth my time (6-months) going through the Long Jump program. It was hard to take the first step but I am sure glad that I did. Crystal was a pleasure to work with and you will not be disappointed in her health coaching programs.
