Plan, Organize, Shop, Cook! I will take through a 3 step track plan.
Track 1 - is where we start with the foundation of what foods are best for you to eat and what you should avoid.
Track 2 - involves the exclusion process pertaining specifically to gut irritants: these range from alcohol, to caffeine, sodas, juice drinks, energy drinks, “sugar-free” products.
Track 3 - we explore supplement support, it’s extremely important to start one new supplement at a time. Depending on your current regimen, we’ll explore what GI therapeutic supplements will best work for you. These commonly range from digestive enzymes, to probiotics, medical foods (protein + nutrients powder), magnesium citrate and GI repair formulas (l-glutamine, DGL, slippery elm,).
