1 Cup red or green leaf lettuce

1/4 avocado, sliced

1/4 tomato, sliced

1/4 cup sliced kalamata olives

1/8 cup scallions

1 Tablespoon of flaxseed

1 Tablespoon of pumpkin seed

1 Tablespoon of chia seed

1 Tablespoon of red wine vinegar

Himalayan salt and pepper to taste


Chop, slice and sprinkle ingredients together!
