Variations include adding flax seed, dried cranberries, any type of nuts, honey or agave, even dark cacao chocolate for a yummy kick! You can shape them into balls and use parchment paper so they don’t stick.
Eat as a snack, on the run or while doing errands when that dreadful hunger pang hits and you are mid-shopping. They last all day in a little snack bag or container to throw in your bag on the way out the door.
