Whip this up for a simple grab-and-go breakfast!
1/2 c cold water
1 cup ice1 c plain yogurt
1 c peeled, seeded and chopped mango (about ½)
2 Tbsp ground flaxseed
1 tsp finely chopped crystallized ginger
1 tsp flaxseed oil
Dash of vanilla extractPinch of cardamom
COMBINE the yogurt, mango, tofu, flaxseed, ginger, oil, and cardamom in a blender. Puree until smooth.
