Ingredients

  • 3 Kohlrabi's, peeled and sliced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup celery, chopped
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1-2 lemons, juiced
  • Himalayan salt and pepper to taste 

Directions

Add all ingredients in a bowl, top with lemon juice. That's it, it's that easy! 

Notes

Optional: Add tomatoes and cucumbers.
