I like to cook the fish on foil for easy clean up!

HOKI - In a bowl, mix all ingredients listed for the marinade together. Add fish and let it sit for at least 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 375 degrees, cook for 10-12 minutes in the marinade.
BROWN RICE - Add broth and rice to a pan, bring to a boil, let simmer for 20 - 30 minutes with the lid on.
FINALE PLATE - Place rice on plate, top with arugula, fish, chili powder, drizzle sriracha and parsley.
