Healthy Chicken Salad Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded chicken
  • 1 avocado
  • 1/2 - 1 c. celery (chopped)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Himalayan salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 2 tsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek Yogurt (or healthy mayo choice or do 1/4  c. yogurt and 1/4 c. mayo)

Directions

Combine all ingredients, mix and refrigerate for one-hour before serving. Serve over lettuce wraps. Enjoy!

Notes

Suggestion - Cook your chicken in a crockpot beforehand to save on prep time!
