Guacamole (Hyped Up)

Ingredients

  • 3 large avocados
  • 1 lemon (juiced)
  • 2 tbsp cilantro (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp red onion (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp sriracha
  • 2 tbsp garlic chopped
  • Himalayan salt and pepper to taste 

Optional: Top with feta or goat cheese

Directions

  1. Scoop out the avocados, place in bowl
  2. Add all ingredients
  3. Mash together with a fork (I like this method because it keeps it chunky)
  4. Optional: add goat or feta cheese, top with cilantro
  5. Refrigerate before serving, enjoy! 


Notes

I like to enjoy the leftover guacamole on sprouted grain toast!
