Ingredients

2 eggs

1/4 avocado

1/2 tomato

1 Tablespoon Olive Oil

Himalayan salt, pepper, chipotle seasoning

Directions

In a medium skillet saute two eggs until cooked through to your desire. While the eggs are cooking, slice 1/4 of avocado and tomato, place on place. Add finished eggs to your plate and season all at once. Enjoy!
