Eggs, Arugula and tomato

2 eggs

1/2 Cup arugula

1/2 tomato

1 Tablespoon Olive Oil

Himalayan salt, pepper, chipotle seasoning


In a medium skillet saute two eggs until cooked through to your desire. While the eggs are cooking, slice tomato. Line your plate with arugula, place tomato. Add finished eggs to your plate and season all at once. Enjoy!
