Chocolate Peanut Butter Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (heaping) rolled oats 
  • 1 cup of steel cut oats
  • 2 cups unsweetened rice, hemp or almond milk 
  • 1 cup water or plain Greek yogurt
  • 3-4 tablespoon chia seeds or ground flaxmeal
  • 1.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 6 tablespoons natural peanut butter
  • 4 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 tablespoons honey, agave or maple syrup

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a medium-sized mixing bowl. 
  2. Spoon into a jar with a tight-fitting lid.Close and refrigerate for 4 - 8 hours.
