CITRUS CHICKEN – CROCK POT

Ingredients

10 chicken thighs or breasts (about 5 pounds)

20 oz vegetable broth 

4 tablespoons honey dijon mustard

4  teaspoons of Mediterranean herbs (rosemary, basil, parsley, oregano)

4 teaspoon himalayan salt

3 whole orange, ends trimmed and sliced into 4 slices

Directions

 Add chicken to slow cooker. Pour broth into slow cooker and whisk in honey dijon mustard. Sprinkle herbs and salt over chicken thighs. Lay a orange slice over each chicken thigh.* Cook on high for 4 hours or 6 to 8 hours on low.
