Sprint 3-Month Integrative Health Coaching Program

The "Sprint 3-Month Coaching Program" is designed to help move and guide you towards your ideal vision of health within your unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and resources.

YOUR INVESTMENT INCLUDES:

  • One-hour bi-weekly session over the course of 3-months - in-person, via phone or Skype meetings. 
  • Full-encompassing email recaps with detailed information elaborating on our meeting for you to refer back to now and in the future. 
  • During our sessions we will determine what goals you want to achieve and formulate attainable action plans.
  • I will support you by providing guidance, encouragement, and holding you accountable to your word.
  • E-mail and text support between sessions.  I'm here to motivate, support and keep you on track. 
  • Sessions are customized for your unique goals and needs.

Topics may include any or all of the following:

  • How to “Crowd Out” the junk with foods that nourish, and are delicious too!
  • Super Foods to Super-charge You – Sorting through the myths and the realities
  • Preparing Foods at Home – think you don’t have time? Bet you do, and we’ll figure it out together!
  • Grocery Shopping – Choosing foods that are easy to prepare, nutritious and tasty 
  • Label Reading - key tips on what to look for (and no, you won’t need to spend hours at the grocery with your eyes glazing over)
  • Sorting out “Organic, “Natural,” and “Conventional” – what do they mean and when does it matter
  • Eating Out – how to make better choices at restaurants and as guest at someone’s home
  • Personalized Menus – with foods that fit your preferences, not the latest fad (Diet is truly a 4-letter word!)
  • Adding Movement – Exercise does not have to be strenuous; we’ll find ways to make it part of your day
  • Identifying Sabotaging Triggers – you know what I mean!  All those things that cause you to stress-eat, skip yoga class, not go to the gym, cancel lunch with a friend or all of those
  • Self-Care – Yes, YOU do matter and the only person who is going to take care of you is you.  We’ll explore options to find what works for you
